Cancellation Policy
There is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment, after the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Please acknowledge us if you need the extra 15 minutes. There is a rescheduling limit of one time however, deposits are non refundable and can go towards another service if the service is rescheduled 48 business hours prior. Custom hair units and frontals are needed 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any late fees.
