  • Proper care is essential to maintain the quality, softness, and longevity of your hair extensions. With correct maintenance, our hair can last a minimum of 3+ years.

    Daily Care

    • Gently detangle hair before and after wear using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends and working upward

    • Avoid excessive pulling or tugging

    • Limit heavy products to prevent buildup

    Washing

    • Wash hair every 2–3 weeks or as needed

    • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

    • Gently cleanse in a downward motion — do not rub or twist

    • Rinse thoroughly and follow with a moisturizing conditioner

    Conditioning & Moisture

    • Deep condition hair every 2–4 weeks

    • Apply a lightweight leave-in conditioner or natural oils (argan, jojoba, or coconut)

    • Avoid products with alcohol

    Styling

    • Heat styling is allowed; use a heat protectant at all times 

    • Sleeping & Storage

    • Always wrap hair in a silk or satin bonnet or scarf

    • For bundles, store in a silk bag when not in use

    • Never sleep on wet hair

    • Swimming

    • Avoid swimming in chlorine or saltwater

    • If swimming is necessary, braid hair and apply conditioner beforehand/

    • We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once hair has installed, processed, colored,or styled.

      Please Note:

    • Hair must be inspected immediately upon delivery or pickup

    • We are not responsible for improper installation, maintenance, or altered hair

    • Altered hair includes:
